About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance our Client Experience in Kanpur. This role is perfect for recent graduates looking to start their careers in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support, contributing to a positive overall experience.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in any discipline and possess strong communication skills. You will work closely with the Client Relationship team to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. This position offers a valuable opportunity to learn and grow within a leading logistics company.
Freshers are encouraged to apply, and you will receive training to excel in this role. The salary range for this position is INR 15,000 – 25,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Kanpur clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Kanpur if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Kanpur Uttar Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Kanpur will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
