About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Associate to enhance client experience in Kayamkulam. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates from any field who are eager to begin their career in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a seamless experience. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Kayamkulam clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Kayamkulam if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Kayamkulam Kerala.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Kayamkulam will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
