About the role
We are seeking a motivated Associate to enhance the client experience in Krishna Nagar. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to start their careers in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will support our client relationship efforts, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. You will work closely with our team to address client inquiries and provide solutions that improve overall satisfaction.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month. We welcome freshers to apply and be part of a dynamic team in the courier and logistics sector.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Krishna Nagar clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Krishna Nagar if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Krishna Nagar West Bengal.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Krishna Nagar will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
