About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance the client experience in Kurnool. This role is ideal for recent graduates ready to embark on a career in the logistics industry. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our services.
As an Associate, you will work closely with the Client Relationship team to support daily operations and improve client satisfaction. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential as you interact with clients and resolve issues efficiently.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Kurnool clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Kurnool if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Kurnool Andhra Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Kurnool will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
