About the role
We are seeking a motivated Associate to enhance the client experience in Mehsana within the logistics industry. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in a dynamic environment. As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. You will work closely with the client relationship team to foster positive interactions and support our clients’ logistics needs. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Mehsana clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Mehsana if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Mehsana Gujarat.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Mehsana will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
