About the role
We are looking for a motivated Associate to enhance the client experience in Morbi within the logistics industry. This role involves engaging with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a seamless interaction with our services. The ideal candidate should be a recent graduate from any stream, eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
As an Associate in the Client Relationship department, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with clients, supporting their inquiries, and helping to resolve any issues. This position offers a great opportunity for freshers to kickstart their careers in the thriving logistics sector.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Morbi clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Morbi if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Morbi Gujarat.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Morbi will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
