About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients in Navsari. This position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their careers in the logistics industry. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
As an Associate, you will work closely with the Client Relationship department, contributing to the development of strong client relationships and supporting various initiatives to improve service delivery. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Navsari clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Navsari if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Navsari Gujarat.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Navsari will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
