About the role
Join us as an Associate in the Client Experience team, where you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' experience in the logistics industry. As a key member of the team, you will assist in addressing client inquiries, providing support, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate from any discipline, eager to start a career in the fast-paced logistics sector. You will be trained to develop the skills necessary to excel in client interactions and contribute positively to our team's goals.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Freshers are encouraged to apply and embark on a rewarding journey with us.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Pimpri clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Pimpri if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Pimpri Maharashtra.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Pimpri will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
