About the role
As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients in Pune. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Your communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.
The ideal candidate should be a graduate from any stream and possess a willingness to learn and adapt within the dynamic logistics industry. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Pune clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Pune if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Pune Maharashtra.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Pune will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
