About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance our Client Experience team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a desire to contribute to the logistics industry. In this role, you will interact with clients to address their queries, provide support, and gather feedback to improve our offerings. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Ranchi clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Ranchi if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Ranchi Jharkhand.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Ranchi will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
