About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance client experiences in our Sangrur location. This role is ideal for recent graduates from any academic stream who are eager to start a career in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide support in various client relationship tasks.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. You will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the overall success of our client interactions and service delivery. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain valuable experience in a leading logistics company.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Sangrur clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Sangrur if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Sangrur Punjab.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Sangrur will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
