About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where your primary focus will be enhancing the engagement and satisfaction of our clients in Sehore. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to start their careers in the logistics sector.
As an Associate, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any concerns they may have. You will work closely with various departments to streamline processes and improve the overall client experience.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Sehore clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Sehore if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Sehore Madhya Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Sehore will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
