About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients in Siddipet. As an Associate, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, resolving any inquiries, and providing support throughout their experience with our services. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Siddipet clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Siddipet if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Siddipet Telangana.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Siddipet will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
