About the role
We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our Client Experience team in Silchar. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to start their careers in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing client interactions and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. You will assist in addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to a positive client experience. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Silchar clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Silchar if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Silchar Assam.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Silchar will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
