About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Associate for our Client Experience team in Sultanpur. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to kickstart their careers in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the experience of our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in any stream and be ready to embrace the dynamic environment of a leading logistics company. You will be responsible for assisting clients, addressing inquiries, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional service.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, providing a great opportunity for growth and development within the company. Freshers are encouraged to apply, as we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Sultanpur clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Sultanpur if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Sultanpur Uttar Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Sultanpur will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
