About the role
Join a dynamic team as an Associate focused on enhancing client experiences in the logistics sector. As a pivotal member of the Client Relationship department, you will engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and their experiences are positive. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, providing timely solutions, and maintaining strong communication to foster long-term relationships. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while working in a leading logistics company.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Surat clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Surat if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Surat Gujarat.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Surat will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
