About the role
As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' satisfaction and engagement within the logistics sector. This position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to embark on a career in a dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring a smooth communication flow. You will work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and help implement solutions to elevate the overall client experience.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Thane clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Thane if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Thane Maharashtra.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Thane will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
