About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing our clients' journey in the logistics sector. As a fresher, you will be supported in developing your skills in client relationship management and understanding the dynamics of the courier industry.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have completed their graduation in any stream and are eager to begin their careers. You will be responsible for assisting clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a leading logistics company, with a competitive salary range of INR 15,000 – 25,000 per month. Freshers are encouraged to apply and start their professional journey with us.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Yamuna Nagar clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Yamuna Nagar if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Yamuna Nagar Haryana.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Yamuna Nagar will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
