About the role
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Adilabad. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
Applicants should have completed at least the 10th grade and be ready to engage with customers effectively. Candidates from Adilabad or nearby areas are encouraged to apply for immediate joining. This position offers a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month and a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Adilabad Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Adilabad,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
