About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Agra, where you will play a vital role in managing our retail counter efficiently. As a counter sales representative, you will assist customers, handle transactions, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Your friendly and approachable demeanor will help build lasting relationships with our clientele.
This position is ideal for candidates who have completed at least 10th grade and are enthusiastic about working in a retail environment. You will be expected to work from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. We offer a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month, along with the opportunity for immediate joining.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Agra Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Agra,
