About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic retail executives for our novelty shop in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess good communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have completed at least the 10th grade and reside in Ahmedabad or nearby areas. This position offers a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Ahmedabad Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Ahmedabad,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
