About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Ajmer. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter, ensuring a smooth operation, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Candidates with a minimum education of 10th grade and residing in Ajmer or nearby areas are encouraged to apply. This role offers a starting salary of INR 12,000 per month with a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Ajmer Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Ajmer,
