About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Aluva, where you will play a vital role in managing our retail counter and providing excellent customer service. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who have completed at least the 10th grade and are ready to engage with customers effectively.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales area, and ensuring that all transactions are processed smoothly. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic retail environment.
We offer a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month and a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. If you are motivated and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply for immediate joining.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Aluva Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Aluva,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
