About the role
We are seeking dedicated counter sales staff for a retail novelty shop in Aurangabad. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and must reside in Aurangabad or nearby areas. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
The position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Join us for an immediate start and become part of a dynamic team.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Aurangabad Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates

- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Aurangabad,
