About the role
We are seeking dedicated Retail Executives for our novelty shop in Bhagalpur. The ideal candidates will manage our retail counter efficiently, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Candidates with a minimum educational qualification of 10th grade are encouraged to apply.
This role offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. We welcome applications from local residents and those in nearby areas, who are ready for immediate joining.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Bhagalpur Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Bhagalpur,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
