About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Bhilai, where you will be responsible for managing our retail counter and providing excellent customer service. As a counter sales representative, you will assist customers in finding products, handle transactions, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
We are seeking candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade and are eager to start their careers in retail. Ideal applicants will possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming shopping experience.

What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Bhilai Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
