About the role
Join a vibrant retail novelty shop in Cuttack as a Retail Executive specializing in counter sales. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing transactions, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the counter. Your ability to provide excellent customer service will be essential in enhancing the shopping experience.
We are looking for candidates who have completed their 10th grade or higher and are eager to work in a dynamic environment. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Cuttack Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,

- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Cuttack,
