About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Dhanbad, where you will play a vital role in managing our retail counter and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining product displays. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Dhanbad Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
