About the role

Join our vibrant retail team in Dharamshala as a Retail Executive specializing in counter sales. We are seeking dedicated individuals who can effectively manage our retail counter and provide excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude and the ability to engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.

This role is perfect for those who have completed their 10th grade or higher and are eager to start their career in retail. You will be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We offer a supportive environment where you can grow your skills and contribute to our team's success.

What you'll do

  • Greeting and interacting with customers
  • Manage walk-in customers at Dharamshala Retail Shop,
  • Understand their needs and show products,
  • Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
  • Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
  • Payment collection from customers

What you'll need

  • It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
