About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Retail Executive in a novelty shop located in Dharwad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their purchases. We seek motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a retail environment.
Candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade and be ready to engage with customers effectively. This position offers a starting salary of INR 12,000 per month, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Dharwad Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,

- Should know local language,
