About the role
Join our retail novelty shop in Diamond Harbour as a Counter Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. We welcome candidates with a minimum educational qualification of 10th grade. If you're based in Diamond Harbour or the surrounding area and are looking for an immediate start, we encourage you to apply. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, and you will be expected to work from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Diamond Harbour Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Diamond Harbour,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
