About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales in a vibrant retail novelty shop located in Gulbarga. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for this position.
Applicants should have completed at least 10th grade and reside in Gulbarga or nearby areas. This role offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. We encourage all eligible candidates to apply for immediate joining.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Gulbarga Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
