About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in a vibrant novelty shop located in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. We welcome candidates who have completed their 10th grade and are eager to start their careers in retail.
Your primary duties will include handling transactions, restocking merchandise, and providing excellent customer service. This position offers a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Hyderabad Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Hyderabad,
