About the role
We are seeking dedicated female counter sales staff for our retail novelty shop in Jaipur. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter efficiently and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should possess a minimum education of 10th grade and be from Jaipur or the surrounding areas.
This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Join us to be part of a vibrant retail environment where you can grow your career.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Jaipur Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Jaipur,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
