About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Jalna, where you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service at our novelty shop. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth operation of daily sales activities.
We welcome candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade and are eager to learn and grow in a retail environment. This role is perfect for individuals who are friendly, reliable, and passionate about customer satisfaction.

What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Jalna Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
