About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Jamshedpur and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service at our retail novelty shop. You will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth operation during your shift.
We are seeking candidates with at least a 10th-grade education or equivalent. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively. Previous experience in retail is a plus but not mandatory.
This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. If you are passionate about sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Jamshedpur Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
