About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in a vibrant novelty shop located in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. We welcome applications from candidates who have completed their 10th grade or higher and reside in Kochi or the surrounding areas.

What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Kochi Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Kochi,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
