About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Kolar, where you'll play a vital role in managing our retail counter and providing excellent customer service. We are seeking dedicated individuals who can engage with customers, handle transactions, and maintain a pleasant shopping environment.
Ideal candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade and be residing in Kolar or nearby areas. This position offers an opportunity for immediate joining and a monthly salary of INR 12,000. With a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break, you will have a structured work-life balance.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Kolar Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates

- Should know local language,
