About the role
We are seeking dedicated counter sales staff for a retail novelty shop in Margao. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to effectively engage with customers and assist them in their purchasing decisions. As a Retail Executive, you will be responsible for managing the sales counter, handling transactions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
We invite candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade and are enthusiastic about working in a retail environment. Your ability to work collaboratively with team members and maintain a clean and organized workspace will be essential. We offer a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month, with a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Margao Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
