About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Morbi. This position involves managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Ideal candidates should be able to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
Applicants should have completed at least the 10th grade and be based in Morbi or the surrounding areas. In this role, you will work from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break. We offer a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month, along with opportunities for growth and development within our team.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Morbi Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Morbi,
