About the role
As a Retail Executive in our novelty shop in Patiala, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at our retail counter. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized display of merchandise. A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential to provide excellent customer service.
We welcome candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade and are eager to learn and grow in a retail environment. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Join us and be part of a dynamic team in a lively retail setting.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Patiala Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Patiala,
