About the role
Join our retail novelty shop in Srinagar as a Retail Executive - Counter Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are ready to deliver excellent customer service and support our store operations.
We welcome applications from individuals who have completed at least the 10th grade and reside in Srinagar or nearby areas. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Srinagar Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Srinagar,
