About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Vadodara, where you will be responsible for managing the retail counter of a novelty shop. Your role will involve assisting customers, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a smooth operation of the retail space. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.
If you have completed at least the 10th grade and are from Vadodara or the surrounding area, we encourage you to apply for this position. We offer a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Vadodara Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,

- Should know local language,
