About the role
The Retail Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting brand awareness within the Diu area. This position involves engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and fostering relationships to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying sales opportunities and executing effective marketing strategies.
As part of the Sales & Business Development team, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company. A strong focus on customer service and communication skills will be essential for success in this role. What you'll do
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
- Activation of the onboarded customers,
- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.
- Collaborate with Diu sales team to achieve better results
- Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, retail segment,
- Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language -
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Opportunity for12th pass / High school candidates from Diu
- In last, you should know 2 wheeler driving,
