About the role
As a Retail Sales Executive in Eluru, you will be at the forefront of driving sales in your designated area. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, promoting brand awareness and generating fresh leads to enhance our market presence. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that effectively meet the needs of our clientele.

What you'll do
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
- Activation of the onboarded customers,
- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.
- Collaborate with Eluru sales team to achieve better results
- Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, retail segment,
- Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language -
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Opportunity for12th pass / High school candidates from Eluru
- In last, you should know 2 wheeler driving,
