About the role
The Retail Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and building brand awareness in the Guwahati region. This position involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their shopping experience. You will be responsible for generating new leads and fostering relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets.

What you'll do
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
- Activation of the onboarded customers,
- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.
- Collaborate with Guwahati sales team to achieve better results
- Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, retail segment,
- Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language -
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Opportunity for12th pass / High school candidates from Guwahati
