About the role
As a Retail Sales Executive in Hindaun, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales within your assigned area, effectively promoting brand awareness and generating fresh leads. You'll engage with customers directly, providing them with information about our products and services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and identifying potential sales opportunities. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the growth of the brand in the local market.
What you'll do
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
- Activation of the onboarded customers,
- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.
- Collaborate with Hindaun sales team to achieve better results
- Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, retail segment,
- Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language -
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
