About the role
The Retail Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales within the assigned area of Imphal. This position is focused on generating fresh leads and enhancing brand awareness through effective marketing strategies. As a full-time, permanent employee in the Sales & Business Development department, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This role offers opportunities for career progression in a dynamic retail environment.
What you'll do
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
- Activation of the onboarded customers,
- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.
- Collaborate with Imphal sales team to achieve better results
- Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, retail segment,
- Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language -
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
