About the role
The Retail Sales Executive is a key player in driving sales and enhancing brand awareness in the Ranchi area. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be essential to your success in this role.
As a part of the Sales & Business Development team, you will actively seek out new leads and opportunities to expand our customer base. This position offers a full-time, permanent opportunity for individuals who have completed their 12th grade and are eager to grow within a dynamic retail environment.

What you'll do
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
- Activation of the onboarded customers,
- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.
- Collaborate with Ranchi sales team to achieve better results
- Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, retail segment,
- Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language -
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Opportunity for12th pass / High school candidates from Ranchi
- In last, you should know 2 wheeler driving,
