We are looking for a Back Office Executive in Nizamabad who can manage day-to-day backend operations for our company.

Key Responsibilities for Back office jobs in Nizamabad
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Nizamabad drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
Requirements for Operation jobs in Nizamabad
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
